Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Assist customers to further enhance their Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).

Ensure the system is set up to optimise workflows, data management, and reporting.

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse incidents and translate them into functional solutions and fixes.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and developers on best practices.

AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant

As a AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant, you will guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation.

Working at the intersection of business strategy, organisational change management, employee experience, and Microsoft Copilot adoption, you will help clients identify high‑value use cases, accelerate workforce readiness, drive behavioural change, and realise measurable business outcomes from AI investments.

You will work directly with executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to shape transformation strategies, facilitate AI adoption programmes, and build scalable approaches that help organisations embrace new ways of working.

What You’ll Do

Partner with executive and business stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and evaluate AI and Copilot opportunities.

Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives and workforce transformation goals.

Help clients establish AI governance, readiness, and value realisation strategies.

Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.

Lead Adoption & Change Programs

Assess organisational readiness, stakeholder needs, change impacts, and adoption barriers.

Design and execute enterprise‑wide adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled solutions.

Develop communications, engagement, training, and reinforcement plans to drive sustained behavioural change.

Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and transformation planning activities.

Enable Business Value Realisation

Define adoption metrics, success criteria, and value measurement frameworks.

Monitor adoption progress and recommend improvements based on user feedback and usage insights.

Help clients connect AI adoption efforts to productivity, employee experience, and business performance outcomes.

Create executive‑ready narratives that communicate progress, impact, and opportunities for continued growth.

Build Scalable Adoption Programs

Design champion networks, enablement programmes, and change acceleration initiatives.

Develop repeatable playbooks, toolkits, training assets, and governance approaches.

Support organisations as they scale AI adoption across business units, geographies, and workforce populations.

• Power Platform Development
• Develop and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Dataverse solutions.
• Assist in delivering low‑code business applications and automation solutions.
• Support integration between Microsoft platforms and business systems.
• Configure and maintain Share Point sites, libraries and content repositories.
• Assist in structuring content, metadata and information architecture to support AI‑driven knowledge experiences.
• Ensure knowledge sources are maintained and optimised for retrieval and accuracy.
• Client & Project Support
• Participate in requirements gathering workshops and discovery activities.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories and solution designs.
• Support testing, deployment and hyper‑care activities during project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
• Continuously develop skills in Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Generative AI technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
• Experience using or administering Share Point Online.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for learning emerging technologies and AI solutions.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, chatbots or conversational AI technologies.
• Experience with Dataverse and Microsoft APIs/connectors.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Experience delivering client‑facing technology solutions.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365 or related technologies.
