Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client engagements, ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage delivery across the full project lifecycle, ensuring risks are managed, stakeholders are aligned, and value is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Accountability: Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and commercial commitments.
  • Actively manage scope, risks, and resource planning to keep projects on track.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and governance reviews.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience delivering technology or transformation projects within a consulting or client‑facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery disciplines (planning, estimation, risk management, scope control).

As an AI Engineer within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll translate client business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real‑world business challenges.
  • Build, train, and optimise machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches.
