Our collaborative and flexible work environment empowers our colleagues to reach their full potential. Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join the Avaloq Core platform team. You will oversee internal change projects supporting our global clients, gaining both internal and external exposure. Plan, monitor, and deliver priority projects within the CTO organization, including R&D portfolio projects related to regulation and innovation, communicating with internal stakeholders (kernel development teams), regional teams, and clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Manage project scope and quality in alignment with senior stakeholders, addressing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and removing blockers. Communicate effectively and provide weekly status updates to Avaloq top management, leading cross-division project teams. Bridge the gap between product vision and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain full control of the project budget and review Estimate To Complete (ETC) regularly based on project progress. Qualifications Proven experience in project management for technical, cross-functional projects. Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and/or BPaaS concepts. Successful track record in complex, international, and agile environments. Ability to discuss technical details with developers and facilitate stakeholder consensus. Experience leading RFI & RFP processes, vendor negotiations, contracting, hiring, and managing third-party vendors. Experience managing end-to-end execution of complex programs across multiple engineering teams through the software lifecycle.
