Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our friendly, high-performing global HR Operations team to support us with driving HR transformation, automation, and process optimization within our Global HR Operations team. We have exciting projects ahead - including the transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors and the implementation of new digital solutions and you will be key in ensuring structured execution, scalability, and continuous improvement. Our mission is to focus on what really matters and design HR processes that scale efficiently while delivering exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will:

  • Take a hands-on role in supporting the SuccessFactors transition and integration of new HR solutions, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and objectives. Proactively manage timelines, risks, expectations, and resource allocation, applying project management techniques while ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, policies, and best practices.
  • Lead small-to-medium sized HR projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. Ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met, while aligning with stakeholder needs, policies, and best practices.
  • Identify and implement scalable improvements to HR processes, aligning with stakeholder needs, policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Define and apply project scheduling techniques to manage risks and expectations proactively.
  • Present projects/initiatives status and results to decision-making bodies.
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) and mentor of our global HR team members around automation and continuous improvement.
  • Own and update HR policies, regulations and processes with a focus on global alignment, digitalization and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in project management, HR process improvement, or HR digitalization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks, follow up on deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with HR technology implementations, preferably including SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong evidencible analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and drive process efficiencies.
  • Depth understanding of operational HR processes across multiple geographies, ideally gained within Shared Services.

You will get extra points for the following:

  • Ideally a senior level of CIPD accreditation.
  • Affinity for technology, with hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, JIRA, SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBi to analyze and present HR data effectively.
