This is a unique opportunity for a Transformation Consultant with a rich background in technology and business transformation projects to join our London office. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will facilitate the most complex deals that Avaloq undertakes for the world's largest wealth managers and private banks.

You will play a key role in unifying various transformation streams and collating workshop outputs to determine the path of transformation. Your work will effectively support the commercial teams to demonstrate Avaloq's transformation capability through rapport-building, storytelling and real-world examples to our client and prospect base.

  • Working with clients and prospects at a senior level to provide thought leadership, instil trust and to guide them through large transformation exercises.
  • Building internal networks and robust teams across skillsets and geographies within Avaloq, articulating the ambition of the project, client goals and desired outcomes to create a proficient transformation plan.
  • Assisting Sales and KAM to build compelling stories to support the commercialisation of the transformation exercise in the form of verbal stories to informative PowerPoint decks.
  • Partnering with various stakeholders across project delivery, solution architecture, sales and key account management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record working in a commercial role and/or technology or business transformation projects, ideally in Financial Services or global enterprise with an understanding of sales.
  • Experience working in a commercial role.
  • Educated to degree level in any discipline, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Exemplary stakeholder management abilities ranging from networking, presenting to senior figures and engaging with clients.
  • Adaptable communication skills to overcome knowledge and language barriers when articulating technical or complex concepts at business level.
  • Flexibility to travel globally on a case-by-case basis.
