Avalon are currently recruiting for multiple Residential Surveyors throughout London.
This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor; we are seeking individuals who have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a residential surveying setting across level 2 and level 3 surveys.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, as well as some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties.
- This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.
- You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.

- Full-time permanent
- £45,000 - £60,000 Dependant on experience
- £350 per month car allowance
- Commission also available (To be discussed)

Requirements
- Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
- Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional accreditation or certification in surveying (RICS/VRS) is essential
- Valid driver's license
