Avalon, a specialist in Social Housing recruitment, has partnered with HSPG to hire a new Partnerships Director. This role is based in either London or Manchester, with a base salary of £120K–£150K, plus a competitive bonus and LTIP. HSPG is a values-based social impact real estate company dedicated to addressing the UK's affordable housing crisis. Through their Living Sector platforms, HSPG empower individuals by delivering demand-driven affordable homes across various tenures including Section 106, Grant-funded affordable housing and Homeless Affordable Rent. Additionally, they provide management and consultancy for partners.

As Partnerships Director, you will be the CEO of the management and consultancy product within Seahorse. Your mission will be to grow the exempt accommodation services, delivering top-tier management and consultancy to housing providers and local authorities across England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new partnerships in the Temporary Accommodation, Exempt Accommodation, and Shared Ownership sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, Local Authorities, Housing Providers, and Registered Providers
  • Negotiate profitable, long-term contracts while ensuring high-quality housing for vulnerable tenants
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Prepare marketing strategies, proposals, and stakeholder presentations
