Are you a Housing Options Officer seeking a new role? Avalon has a few upcoming opportunities across the East Midlands that will require immediate starts for experienced Housing Options Officers.
The Opportunity:
This role shall be a hybrid opportunity on an interim basis to support the Local Authority with a current backlog of cases. Our client requires a Housing Options Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting Local Authorities with Housing Options cases. Housing legislation shall be a must in being competent in delivering decisions such as Homelessness Status in applying statutory tests for eligibility, homelessness, and priority need as set out in the Housing Act 1996 (Sections 184 and 189).
