Spirehouse are currently recruiting for Housing Officers on behalf of a local authority in the East Midlands.

The Opportunity

This is a temporary opportunity to solve a current backlog within the service. You will not manage a caseload as per se; however, you will support the Housing services team in picking up cases across the district. You shall be completing generic Housing Officer duties, and shall be expected to be on-site or completing visits across the district.

Further information:

  • 37 hours per working week
  • Monday – Friday
  • Rate dependable on experience
  • Immediate start
  • 5 months initial assignment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Housing Officer is essential in covering a backlog of cases
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Full UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle
