This is a fast-paced role requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively as part of a busy and hard working team. You will provide administrative support to the MD of the agency, and be involved in managing their day-to-day, as well as a number of client facing responsibilities. This roles requires excellent organisational skills, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
An interest in the acting and entertainment industry is encouraged.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage Agent’s diary;
  • Connecting calls including conference calls;
  • Organising all travel arrangements and itineraries for Agent;
  • Prepare Agent’s expenses;
  • Maintaining contacts database;
  • First point of contact for all requests/offers of work for clients;
  • Ascertaining all information regarding dates etc;
  • Keeping track of all offers/contracts, etc;
  • Make all arrangements for clients to carry out work, for example, travel/itineraries, etc;
  • Script reading and writing breakdowns;
  • Client casting.
Note, this position may require activity outside of working hours, including but not limited to; script reading, attending events and theatre, collecting gifts and tickets, out of hours support if required by client and/or agent.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Skilled assistant with at least 2 years’ relevant experience; but we are open to those who have proven experience in working as part of a team or in a high pressure environment who can demonstrate an ability to work hard and learn quickly.
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail;
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated;
  • Committed and hardworking;
  • Ability to work efficiently and under pressure;
  • Good team player;
  • Interest in theatre and film industry.
