Avalon Television is looking for experienced Production Coordinators to join an exciting new series, with contracts starting in July and August, running through to November and February. We are seeking highly organised, proactive individuals with excellent attention to detail and proven experience managing large-scale production logistics within fast-paced television environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating complex production logistics across multiple departments
- Managing child licensing requirements and associated paperwork
- Supporting the production team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Callsheets and schedules
- Liaising confidently with crew, contributors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintaining clear and efficient communication across all areas of production
- Post production paperwork
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience as a Production Coordinator on large-scale productions
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
- Experience working with child licensing processes
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
Additional Information
- Weekend work will be required
- This role is fully office-based in London, 5 days per week
