Avalon Television is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join an exciting new series, with contracts starting ASAP, running through to the end of October. We are seeking highly organised, proactive individuals with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating complex production logistics across multiple departments
- Supporting the production team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Callsheets and schedules
- Liaising confidently with crew, contributors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintaining clear and efficient communication across all areas of production
- Post production paperwork
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience as a Production Coordinator on large-scale productions
- Have worked on task/challenge based shows
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
- Experience working with child licensing processes
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
Weekend work will be required. This role is fully office-based in London, 5 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic production team working on an exciting new series.
