Avalon Television is looking for a Production Secretary to join an exciting new series, with contracts starting ASAP, running through to the end of October. We are seeking highly organised, proactive individuals with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating complex logistics across multiple departments
- Supporting the production team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Liaising confidently with crew, contributors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintaining clear and efficient communication across all areas of production
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience on large-scale production
- Have worked on task/challenge based shows
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
Additional Information:
- Weekend work will be required
- This role is fully office-based in London, 5 days per week
