Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse- PRN Location: 119-Southern Utah Veterans Home – Ivins, St. George, UT, 84738 Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse- PRN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. The nurse will work on an as-needed basis and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing patient education. The nurse will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.
