Job Summary
The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to residents at the Southern Utah Veterans Home. This position plays a key role in ensuring that residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to dietary guidelines and restrictions
- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas before and after meal service
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
