Job Description:
The PRN – CNA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents with memory impairments. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and monitoring residents\’ health and well-being. The PRN Shift – CNA will work closely with the nursing team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and will communicate any changes in residents\’ conditions to the appropriate staff members. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and patient demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to work with individuals with memory impairments.
