About the role
- Work alongside people to achieve their goals, build confidence and develop daily living skills
- Support people with personal care, medication, emotional well-being and routines that promote independence
- Build meaningful relationships and create a warm, supportive home environment
- Enable people to access their community, try new things and take positive steps in their lives
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals and your team
- Play a vital role in shaping a brand-new supported living service based on excellent practice
- Every day will be purposeful, varied and centred around what matters to the person.
About you
You don’t need previous experience — just kindness, reliability and the desire to make a difference. Full training and ongoing development will be provided. You’ll be a great fit if you are:
