We are recruiting Support Workers in the Skipton area! As an Avalon Support Worker you will have a role that offers flexibility, guaranteed income and job security, a friendly team, and meaningful work. We provide a secure role with scope to develop and hourly rates start at £12.27 with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends, plus paid mileage and many great benefits. Our charity is over 30 years old.
Responsibilities
- You will help people with disabilities or additional needs to live the life they choose: supporting with daily living skills, attending appointments, finding work and much more.
- You will build meaningful and lasting relationships.
- Sessions are a minimum of one hour, with many being longer.
- Previous experience is not required – just a caring attitude and desire to make a difference.
