We have a new five-year plan with bold plans for growth of exceptional care services. This new post has been created to support our digital transformation journey and our strategic projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing transformation projects across the charity; in particular the introduction of digital care record management for our Shared Lives Services.
With responsibility for the delivery of other key projects that support our 5-year strategic plan, and mobilisation of new contracts, this is an exciting and varied role working as part of the Senior Management Team. The base location for this role is flexible, but will include time working across our locality offices as needed. There will also be opportunities to work from home.
About you: With a clear understanding of project management principles and managing change, you will act as the project lead working closely with the project sponsor and other stakeholders. A working knowledge of the adult social care sector and the challenges it faces is essential for this role, and you will have proven experience of project management within the sector.
