- Supporting digital implementation and operational transformation projects
- Building strong relationships with commissioners, families, housing providers, and stakeholders
- Supporting post-go-live stabilisation and continuous improvement activity
Qualifications
- Strong operational management experience within social care
- Experience leading service mobilisations, projects, or operational transitions
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance pace, quality, and sustainability
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, and CQC expectations
- The ability to work calmly and effectively within fast-paced, complex environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Most importantly, we want someone who shares Avalon’s values and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
