About the Role
As a growing charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and individuals with complex needs, we are looking for an experienced and operationally strong Mobilisation Manager to help lead the safe implementation of new services and strategic growth projects across Yorkshire and neighbouring areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with operational teams, commissioners, housing providers, and senior leaders to mobilise new services.
- Support operational transitions and coordinate workforce readiness.
- Ensure services are safe, compliant, and sustainable.
