Full time (37 hours), but part time considered. Salary - £40,000 per annum (pro rata for part time). Location – negotiable but will involve travel across the Avalon Localities.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join Avalon at a key point in our journey. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and values-driven Marketing Manager to help shape how we tell Avalon’s story - internally and externally. From colleague engagement and recruitment campaigns to commissioner visibility, digital storytelling, website development and management, and supporting major transformation projects, this role will play a key part in strengthening Avalon’s brand and impact across the communities we serve.
