Avalon is currently supporting an organisation in Warwickshire in recruiting an interim Head of Housing.
The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for a key service area, ensuring a strategic approach is taken to the delivery of customer-focused services.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and oversee the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Responsible for the delivery of the Corporate Strategy and vision.
- Ensure that the management of the Service Area is economic, effective and efficient, including the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of a Service Area Plan.
- Explore opportunities to improve service delivery through joint working.
- To develop partnerships and strong collaborative working relationships with other public authorities.
