About The Role
The Medical Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in managing accounts of varying size and complexity, and projects independently, ensuring they are completed on budget, on schedule, and to the required specifications. This role is critical in meeting and consistently exceeding client expectations. PMs will be working with an extended team and under the guidance of senior team members. As key client projects contact, PMs are responsible for coordinating with support agencies, driving project timelines, and addressing any concerns that arise.
They must possess solid project management knowledge, including financial reporting skills, proficiency with project management software, and time management & project prioritisation skills. PMs are also expected to be client facing and develop good relationships with their clients, as well as building effective relationships with internal teams and mentoring junior team members and fostering their development. This involves supporting workload prioritisation, actively participating in meetings, providing valuable project feedback to ensure the seamless progression of all projects, and establishing themselves as a trusted member of the team as well as a reliable client partner.
