Avalere Health in London is seeking a Workplace & Culture Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our UK office portfolio and craft an exceptional employee experience across multiple locations. This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role sits with the People Team and partners with facilities and IT to deliver effective workplace solutions.

You’ll oversee office operations, events, budgets, vendor relationships, health and safety, and cross-site initiatives, promoting our values and culture.
