About the role
As a Studio Designer (Creative Artworker), you will play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life across print and digital deliverables. Working closely within the Studio team, you will take approved concepts and ensure they are accurately and effectively executed for real-world application. This role is less focused on concept creation and more on precision, consistency, and execution. While strong design judgement is important, success in this role comes from attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to deliver high-quality work at pace. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in daily type corrections and file preparation
- Accurately create graphs and charts from data
- Layout scientific posters in Indesign and Powerpoint
- Adapt and build artwork from brand guidelines and approved creative concepts
- Meticulously proof your own work for accuracy, adherence to standards
- Recommend improvements to ensure work is clear, consistent and visually effective
- Maintain organised and systematic file structures across projects
- Manage and prioritise multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Support the day-to-day coordination of projects within the Studio team
- Stay focussed and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to production challenges
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience, ideally in an agency environment (pharma/healthcare experience advantageous)
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working across both Mac and PC
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to your work
- Strong organisational and workload management skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confidence working to tight deadlines across multiple projects
- A proactive, solutions‑focussed mindset
