Avalara is hiring a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and bookings growth for our tax and compliance solutions across UKI & EMEA. This role is critical to scaling demand in a regulated and evolving market and requires a marketer who brings thoughtfulness, diligence and accountability to everything you do. You will report into the Senior Director Marketing - International. This is a hybrid role and you are willing to work from our London office one day per week.
Responsibilities
- You will develop end-to-end demand generation programs for core and e-invoicing solutions across priority markets in EMEA.
- You will deliver multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, ABM, field, and partner-led motions) in consideration of regulatory mandates and compliance cycles.
- You will create pipeline velocity and bookings performance through disciplined planning, execution, and optimization.
- Operate with a clear focus on performance, forecasting, and accountability against pipeline and bookings targets.
- Report on funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI with high data integrity.
- Use insights to improve conversion, efficiency, and impact, not just volume.
- Work across a matrixed global organization, partnering with Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Partners, and regional leaders.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, with an emphasis on demand generation.
- Experience in SaaS and/or Fintech environments.
- Experience with tax compliance and/or e-invoicing would be beneficial.
- Experience overseeing revenue outcomes, not just campaigns and programs.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools.
- A mindset rooted in thoughtfulness, diligence, accountability, and ownership.
