What You'll Do
- First contact for inbound leads, shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through qualification.
- Manage inbound opportunities across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and feedback loops.
- Qualify and disqualify prospects, ensuring time and effort are focused on the right opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

- You will have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
