Avalara is looking for multilingual Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to identify new prospects and high-value opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role is a key part of our sales process and offers opportunities for skill development and promotion into full-cycle sales roles. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager of Account Development.
Responsibilities:
- Create quality opportunities and schedule meetings for sales teams using leads provided by marketing via phone, email, and other channels.
- Become an expert on our products and industry trends.
- Engage actively with leads through follow-ups to increase interest in Avalara's offerings.
- Encourage participation in webinars, certifications, and conferences.
- Meet monthly quotas for qualified and sales-accepted opportunities.
- Implement Account Based Marketing strategies to target prospects effectively.
Requirements for Success:
- At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience is preferred.
- A strong desire to succeed in technology sales.
- Fluency in a European language in addition to English.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and ownership mindset.
