Avalara is seeking a high-performing Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise Sales team. This is a critical leadership position responsible for building, leading, and coaching a team of Enterprise Sales Executives focused on acquiring net-new enterprise customers in UKI and the Nordics.
You will have experience leading successful enterprise sales teams in a high-growth SaaS business, selling solutions that integrate with ERPs. Knowledge of the ERP ecosystem, ideally Oracle, is required.
Responsibilities:- You will lead a team of Enterprise Sales Executives focused on new logo acquisition in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
- You will set and drive a strategic sales plan aligned with Avalara's enterprise revenue goals.
- You will coach the team to build deep customer relationships, execute complex enterprise sales cycles, and close large, high-value deals.
- You will collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
