Avails Energy is looking for a detail-oriented, operationally minded Supplier Account Manager / Customer Support professional to join our team at our Menston office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on getting things right first time, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both suppliers and customers.

About the Role

You'll be the go-between for our suppliers and customers, making sure accounts run smoothly, queries are resolved quickly, and processes are followed accurately. You'll spend a good portion of your day working in Excel and our CRM system, so accuracy and organisation are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain supplier and customer accounts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Act as a key point of contact for supplier queries and customer support requests
  • Track, log, and resolve issues through to completion, following processes consistently
  • Use Excel to monitor data, build reports, and spot discrepancies
  • Update and manage records within the CRM system
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve account or operational issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach
  • Confident working in Excel (formulas, lookups, basic reporting)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts/tasks at once
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Energy industry experience is a plus, but not essential — full training will be provided
