Care Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Availl Healthcare! We are looking for someone to join our team, on a permanent basis as a Care Coordinator. The succesful candidate will need to have experience within the Healthcare sector and also a valid UK Driving license, with your own car. Below are some aspects of the job role: Visiting Clients and completing Care plans, reviews and spot checks on Carers. Cover and coordinate Care shifts when in the office. Provide Moving and Handling and Medication Training to new carers in our office training room. Work the on-call – one weekend per month and one weeknight per week.
