About the role
The role will report directly into our Chief Commercial Officer and is tailor-made for someone with a strong desire for growth and leadership in a performance marketing environment. You will be challenged daily with new and exciting projects, with creativity, experimentation and growth at the core of everything we do.
What you’ll do
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns: Ensuring alignment with Avado's goals through comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Drive B2C (and B2B) lead generation via performance marketing: Utilise a data-driven approach for lead generation through optimisation of current marketing channels and exploration of novel avenues.
- Budget management: Overseeing the performance marketing budget while making informed operational and strategic decisions to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximise ROI.
- Write exceptional email and landing page copy: Create high-quality content for email marketing campaigns and landing pages to attract prospective clients, thereby increasing conversion rates.
- Constantly analyse and optimise campaigns for improvement: Continual evaluation and adjustment of campaign strategies based on derived insights and A/B testing of landing pages and email components.
- Provide evidence-based insights on market trends to inform strategic decisions: Conducting market research to identify industry trends and utilising that knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
- Exploring growth opportunities: This involves taking initiatives to identify and evaluate potential markets, product and technology partnerships for expanding Avado’s footprint.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders: Liaise with different teams like sales, PR, creative agencies, etc. to ensure the successful implementation of each marketing campaign and alignment with Avado’s broader strategic plan.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing.
- Proven track record in managing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent command of written English and the ability to produce engaging copy.
- Extensive knowledge in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using data-driven insights for decision making.
- A keen interest in technology and generative AI.
