In your Programme Lead capacity, you will also:
- Line manage and support a team of Level 7 tutors, ensuring consistent delivery standards and learner experience
- Lead planning for Level 7 programme delivery, including live session schedules, tutor allocations, and assessment deadlines
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex learner issues or academic concerns within the Level 7 programme
- Monitor programme performance data and lead targeted interventions to improve learner outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams (Curriculum & Assessment, Student Support, Product & Platforms) to ensure programme content and delivery remain current and effective
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Avado’s Level 7 offering, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
- Represent the Level 7 programme and tutor team in cross-functional meetings, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement and learner success
This is a remote role, but regular in-person collaboration is important. You’ll be expected to attend monthly management meetings at our London office, as well as occasional company events or team gatherings at specified locations.
What we’re looking for:
- Recent and relevant experience in senior HR or L&D practice
- A CIPD qualification at Level 7
- Active CIPD membership
- Proven experience teaching on CIPD qualifications
- Strong academic literacy, with the ability to support learners in developing critical thinking, analysis, and evidence-based decision-making
- Confidence using virtual delivery tools, learning management systems (LMS), and CRMs such as HubSpot
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a learner-first mindset
