Avaaz is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help us bring design in‑house and raise the craft bar across our product surfaces. You will shape our in‑house design function, own end‑to‑end design from discovery to launch, and influence how design works across the organization for the long term.
You will design mobile‑first interfaces for campaigns, donations, and homepage experiences, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and help establish a scalable design system and rituals for the growing team.
