We are seeking an experienced Global Director of Supply Management – Valuables-in-Transit (VIT) to lead the development and execution of global supplier strategies across our secure logistics network. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing global relationships with Valuables-in-Transit providers, armored transport companies, and secure logistics partners, ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective movement of cash and valuables worldwide.
Key responsibilities- Develop and implement global VIT supplier and sourcing strategies
- Manage relationships with VIT providers, secure storage and secure ground transportation partners and ground handlers globally
- Lead contract negotiations and supplier performance management
- Ensure compliance with international security, banking, and regulatory requirements
- Drive cost optimization, operational excellence, and risk mitigation
- Partner with internal teams to support network expansion and supplier capability development
- Lead implementations like barcode scanning and physical trackers in countries around the world
- 10+ years’ experience in logistics or secure transportation, with strong exposure to VIT or secure ground transportation
- Proven success managing global supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Experience in managing multimillion-dollar logistics procurement budgets
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence across global, matrixed organizations
- Commitment to security, compliance, and operational excellence
