The Role
- Networking, and developing new business
- Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients
- Candidate sourcing via job boards
- Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
- Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience and success in recruitment
- Proven track billing record
- Experience in and knowledge of the Energy sector
- A natural mentor and leader
- Competitive
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
