AVA Energy has partnered with a growing offshore renewable energy business that is looking for an experienced Head of Offshore Execution & Completions to join its Senior Leadership Team.
Location: Lowestoft, UK
Working pattern: 4 days per week in office
Salary: Competitive salary + car allowance, pension, private healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead offshore execution, completions management, and project handover activities
- Build and recruit offshore execution teams, developing offshore delivery capability
- Influence operational strategy and contribute to the wider business growth
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering complex offshore execution campaigns safely and efficiently
- Experience as an Offshore Construction Manager, Hook-Up Manager, Offshore Installation Manager, Offshore Operations Manager, or Senior Offshore Delivery Manager
- Background within Offshore Wind, Offshore Energy, Marine Construction, Offshore Construction, or Major Infrastructure Projects
