The Role

  • Networking, and developing new business
  • Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients
  • Candidate sourcing via job boards
  • Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
  • Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

About you

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience and success in energy recruitment
  • Proven track billing record
  • Experience in and knowledge of the Energy sector
  • A natural mentor and leader
  • Competitive
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
