I’m currently looking for an IMS Analyst to support a major infrastructure project, helping ensure management system documentation, processes, and compliance standards are maintained to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, update, and publish management system documentation.
- Coordinate procedure development plans, priorities, and project timelines.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Create and map business processes using Microsoft Visio.
- Work closely with stakeholders, providing guidance on procedure development and best practice.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is accessible and up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience developing and maintaining management system documentation.
- Strong understanding of process modelling standards and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and process mapping.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry or major project environment.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
