Our client are a leading developer of BESS projects in the UK renewable energy market. As part of their team growth, we are looking for an experienced Land Manager to join their team in London and be responsible for the identification & acquisition of Land to grow their project portfolio.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Accredited by RICS
- Experience working within the UK Renewable Energy industry (Ideally BESS)
- Strong background in land agreements, leases and heads of terms.
- Ability to negotiate with both landowners & land agents.
