Our client requires a Clerk of Works / Project Manager Implementation and Compliance : Ensure the ecological measures within the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and Environmental Statements (ES) are carried out. Ensure the project adheres to relevant ecological licenses, planning conditions, or other regulatory constraints. On-Site Guidance : Provide proactive advice on ecological matters, including the presence of protected species, invasive species, and sensitive habitats. Review and Oversight : Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for ecological considerations. Oversee works to ensure compliance and recommend necessary adjustments. Temporarily halt works when non-compliance with ecological requirements is identified. This role helps balance construction progress with environmental protection and regulatory process.
