The Role
- Managing the full candidate lifecycle across live client requirements
- Sourcing high-quality candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screening candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships within your specialist market
- Working closely with the business development team to deliver on client mandates
- Managing multiple roles simultaneously and delivering within agreed timelines
- Achieving set delivery targets and working to weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines
About you
- Minimum 1 years’ experience and success in contract recruitment (delivery-focused)
- Ideally experience in a similar sector
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
