We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Audio Visual Engineer to join our growing team, specializing in high-end residential installations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of bespoke AV systems within residential properties. This includes working on a variety of projects such as home cinemas, multi-room audio, lighting control, and smart home integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of audio visual systems in predominately residential environments
- Cable installation, termination, and testing
- Rack building and equipment setup
- Diagnosing and resolving faults when required
- Working closely with project managers and other trades on site
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential AV installations
- Good understanding of AV systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Working in London and travelling to different countries
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with Crestron systems
- Knowledge of Control4, Lutron, or similar control systems
- Networking knowledge (IP systems, routers, switches)
