As they continue to experience rapid organic growth, they are looking for a dynamic Internal AV Account Manager to join the team and contribute to continued success.
They are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal AV Account Manager to manage and grow accounts.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their Audio Visual needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Growth: Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Market Analysis: Prepare weekly forecast for sales manager.
Proven experience in account management, preferably within the Audio Visual market. Strong understanding of AV solutions and their applications. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support team objectives.
