Job Description

The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to sell for a niche distributor looking after resellers across the South of England.

Key products lines will include-LED and IFPDWorkspace Management UC/VC Room Solutions Professional Audio Management Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales and building strong customer relationships by going out into the field and meeting clients face-to-face and demonstrating products.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing a sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to meet and exceed targets.

Generate new leads and build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with prospective and current clients.

Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers.

Perform product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients.

Analyse sales trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop strategies to increase market share.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance feedback to management.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed Based Greater London or Home Counties ideally.

Basic salary circa £40k (doe.)with uncapped commission plus car allowance and benefits.

Your Skills and

Experience: Proven experience in field sales an advantage.

Experience of the Commercial AV industry essential Experience of selling into the Education market ideally Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.

You will be both a strong account manager and a business developer who understands the AV market marketplace and can add to the bottom line quickly.
