The Opportunity The Audio Visual Technical Project Manager will be the technical figurehead within the company - specifically relating to the delivery of Audio-Visual projects. o Manage key projects with an administrative team to a high standard, excellent customer service, quality on site and protection of margins.

As an estimate we have around 35 projects per month with several of these being large 100k plus.

You will have the larger of the projects to manage top to bottom and additionally technically support the project + service coordinators where applicable. o Be involved in all handover with the sales team and initial call set up with the customer, prior to handing it over to the coordination team for installation. o Oversee -on a daily basis - the admin team working on the project delivery and provide support for the service contract coordinator where required. o Drawings, elevations, cable schedules, RAMS, project meetings, scheduling. o Manage all engineers in house and external and the appropriate insurances, vehicles and PPE when required. o Be able to demonstrate an understanding of all company products, services and business processes as well as having a high level of technical knowledge to deliver solutions accurately. o Work with the sales on a pre sales basis when required for site visits and drawings.

Key Tasks Responsibilities o Manage margins/budgets of each project o Ensure quality of equipment, cables, quotes and engineers adhere to company's standard. o Alongside the administrators organise and deliver all projects to company standard. o Technical specification of all jobs, cables schedules and drawings where required. o Ensure all R M and training are kept up to date o Demonstrate pro-active behaviour in driving repeat business through quality work and customer delight. o Display a high technical understanding of all the Company's products and services. o May attend supplier and vendor training sessions to ensure up to date on all technology and products. o Where required become certified on supplier/manufacturer accreditations to bolster the Company's standing within that supplier/manufacturer. o Identify gaps in knowledge and work with Management teams to plug these gaps.

Based in Reading (hybrid may be considered) salary is circa £45k-£50k p. a. plus benefits.

Your skills and experience The successful candidate will have: A minimum 3 years experience working within a similar position in the Industry with an AV background.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Have a keen attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Have the ability/initiative to work on your own Be confident and professional when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Have AVIXA CTS, CTS-D or CTS-I accreditation Hold qualifications in project management (Prince 2, PMP etc.) Be conversant with software tools including.

MS Visio, Star Draw, Auto CAD, MS Project Have a track record in delivering multiple concurrent, high-value AV projects The Organisation Our client is a well-established Audio Visual integrator.
