This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team and assist in the delivery of some fantastic digital signage solutions for high profile clients such as Sky, EE and The Gym Group. As an AV Operations Manager you will work alongside their senior management, engineering and support teams, taking on a broad array of duties that assist in the delivery of a variety of projects that extend across the UK and ROI.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to deliver and manage digital experiences in retail and leisure.
  • Overall responsibility for all operational aspects of the business in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Manage and develop the workload project calendar and own it.
  • Manage and oversee stock and warehouse operations.
  • Prepare quotes with the Directors and Project Manager.
  • Manage and procure equipment required for projects, including cost management and adhering to leadership processes.
  • Track the progress of each job and the documentation involved and manage any changes that occur during the project.
  • Motivating and engaging with engineers and support teams to improve performance and ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
  • Book and arrange engineers, equipment and route planning.
  • Maintain all procedural and transport documentation.
  • Measuring and driving performance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend regular meetings and work with the team to discuss service levels and operational issues, along with sharing ideas for continual improvements.
  • Be instrumental in providing solutions to current issues or show proactivity in identifying future issues.

Based in Bucks, salary is commensurate with experience circa £50k-£60k p.a. plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to lead and manage team members - effectively collaborating with the team and external clients.
  • High level of AV installation experience.
  • At least 4 years experience within a similar role.
  • A self-motivated individual who demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to remain calm and focused when under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be able to take ownership, prioritise and problem solve.
  • Must be able to demonstrate timely resolutions of client concerns.
  • Is a team player with enthusiasm, gravitas and energy to deliver an exemplary service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Driver's Licence.
