The Opportunity

Our client is a leading company in the audio visual sector, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional service to their clients. As they continue to experience rapid organic growth, they are looking for a dynamic Internal AV Account Manager to join the team and contribute to continued success.

Role Overview:

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal AV Account Manager to manage and grow accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their Audio Visual needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to increase revenue and market share.
  • Business Development: Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Forecasting: Prepare weekly forecast for sales manager.

Based near Reading salary is doe to £42k plus OTE of £18k giving £60k On target earnings plus benefits.

Your skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the Audio Visual market.
  • Strong understanding of AV solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support team objectives.
