This is a full-time hybrid role for an Audio Visual Service Engineer, located in Greater London and South England with opportunities for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for providing field service and on-site support, performing equipment troubleshooting, and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks. Additional responsibilities include offering technical support to clients, diagnosing issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently to maintain reliability and usability. Collaboration with the wider technical and project teams is expected to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Experience in Field Service operations
- Strong Technical Support abilities
- Excellent Communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in AV systems, including video conferencing, displays, and control systems
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures while working in varied environments
- IT and networking knowledge is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AVIXA CTS) are preferred but not required
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
